LittleJoy Games ("we," "us," or "our") develops the mobile application "Fruit Rain Kids" (the "App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Fruit Rain Kids is designed for children and is intended to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children. The App is designed to be used without creating an account or providing any personal details.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
• We do not collect the Android Advertising ID (AAID). The App removes the advertising ID permission, so it is not accessed or transmitted.
• We do not collect hardware identifiers such as IMEI or the Android ID.
• We do not collect precise or background location data.
• We do not ask children to enter any personal information.

3. Information We Collect (Anonymous Analytics)

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used and to improve stability and gameplay. This data is pseudonymous — it is tied to a randomly generated app instance, not to your child's identity — and includes:

• Gameplay activity: which screens are viewed, which levels are started and completed, the level difficulty, the time spent on each level, and the score achieved.
• Device and diagnostic information: device type (phone or tablet), device model and manufacturer, and operating system version.

This information is used only to measure and improve the App. It is not used to identify your child and is not used to build advertising profiles.

4. Advertising

The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To keep advertising appropriate for children, we configure AdMob so that:

• Every ad request is tagged for child-directed treatment, which disables interest-based (personalized) advertising and remarketing.
• Ads are contextual and non-personalized — they are not based on your child's interests or behavior.
• Ad content is limited to a "G" (General audiences) maximum content rating.
• The advertising ID is not used.

We use only Google Play Families-compliant advertising. AdMob is provided by Google; its handling of data is governed by Google's policies. For more information, see Google's Privacy & Terms (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) and the AdMob Families policy guidance.

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage any consent that may be required in applicable regions before ads are served.

5. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your data. The limited anonymous analytics and advertising data described above is processed by Google (Firebase Analytics and AdMob) acting as our service providers, in accordance with Google's terms and privacy policies. We do not share information with any other third parties.

6. In-App Purchases & Security

The App may offer a one-time "Premium" unlock for additional content. All financial transactions are processed securely by the Google Play Store. LittleJoy Games does not see, store, or have access to your credit card or banking information.

7. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase Analytics in accordance with Google's default retention settings and is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above.
